ARC Raiders Unveils Key Modifications in Response to October Server Slam Input

Embark Studios has announced significant changes to ARC Raiders based on player feedback gathered during a recent testing period.

Embark Studios responded to player critiques from the recent ARC Raiders Server Slam, which took place from October 17 to 19. The studio outlined key adjustments set for the game’s official release on October 30. Recent tests allowed players to experience a portion of the game in anticipation of the launch.

During the Server Slam, the developers received extensive feedback, leading to various planned improvements:

  • Enhancements in game stability for the release
  • A reduction of Flying ARCs’ awareness, deemed too high
  • Modifications on The Dam Tower to maintain appropriate difficulty
  • Further refinements to in-game visuals

A report shared intriguing stats from the Server Slam: 30 million rounds were played, 108,000 Queens defeated, and 58 million ARCs destroyed, indicating an impressive engagement over the brief testing period.

ARC Raiders faces notable competition ahead, particularly from Escape From Tarkov, which recently unveiled its console launch plans and a Steam release date set for November 15.
