New Modifiers in Shadows of Doubt Allow Players to Become a Rat Detective

The latest update for Shadows of Doubt introduces humorous modifiers that let players take on the role of a rat detective, along with other gameplay tweaks.

In a surprising twist to the detective simulation Shadows of Doubt, players can now take on the persona of a rat detective. This new gameplay modifier, dubbed rat detective, allows you to experience the trials of being a small urban rodent. With this change, players can scuttle through the city, climb walls, and evade hostile citizens. However, the catch is that you can’t interrogate suspects.

Additionally, a new Snail Nemesis modifier adds a layer of challenge, where players must avoid a following snail that can take them out. Other modifiers include classic options like Ironman mode and unique scenarios such as house arrest, where players cannot leave their in-game home.

These options bring an intriguing variety to gameplay, along with essential fixes for previous bugs, enhancing the experience for returning players.
