My Unwavering Confidence in Critical Role's Upcoming D&D Campaign
A new trailer sparks excitement for Critical Role's latest campaign led by Brennan Lee Mulligan.
I have unwavering certainty in the forthcoming campaign from Critical Role.
A recently released short trailer features Brennan Lee Mulligan, known for his work in Dimension 20 and Worlds Beyond Number, delivering what seems to be a spontaneous, dramatic monologue in a fantasy political setting. Given his adeptness at impromptu villainous speeches, it’s not surprising that this campaign has piqued my interest.

The material implies that Mulligan is performing a speech, probably related to a character named Thjazi Fang based on insights from the campaign’s summary on the official Campaign 4 page.
“Hero to many. Enemy to some. When Thjazi Fang is marked for execution, various figures from across his remarkable life unite to uncover the truth behind his grim fate. In a land still suffering from the fallout of dead gods and living in the shadow of a tumultuous rebellion, these disparate people will come together across the fractured world of Aramán and connect in ways they never imagined.”
The narrative sets the world of Aramán in a post-revolutionary context, with the remnants of the old order still influencing events. After experiencing Mulligan’s previous success in portraying complex characters, I am eager to see how this campaign unfolds.
Campaign 4 premieres on October 2 at 7 PM PT / 3 AM BST on Twitch and YouTube.
