A new mod named Easy Chocobo Catch, created by modder LordGregory, simplifies the process of catching chocobos in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. Normally, players must complete stealth sequences to catch these creatures, but this enhancement allows players to approach chocobos freely without alerting them, and even boosts their speed during the attempt.

Director Naoki Hamaguchi mentioned, “As someone who plays games on PC, I sometimes use mods myself. I see it as a positive thing.”
