Nintendo has officially announced that the eagerly awaited Metroid Prime 4: Beyond is set to launch on December 4, 2025. This game was highly anticipated during the recent Nintendo Direct event, and fans will be pleased with the confirmation of its early release.
Originally proposed during E3 2017, Metroid Prime 4 has undergone a lengthy development process. Earlier this year, rumors circulated about a possible launch date, especially after the game received ratings in multiple regions, including the United States, Brazil, and South Korea. Despite speculation suggesting it might arrive sooner, players will have to wait a bit longer.

Nintendo has also shared new gameplay footage, showcasing Samus Aran riding a bike, which appears to be an exciting addition for exploring the planet Viewros. Apart from the announcement of the release date, Nintendo revealed an illustrated book titled “Metroid Prime 1-3: A Visual Retrospective” set for launch on October 28, along with new Amiibo figures. The Amiibo featuring Samus will be available on November 6, while another character, Sylux, will release on December 4 alongside the game.
