Helldivers 2’s Collaboration with Fortnite Not Planned Yet, Says Arrowhead

Arrowhead CEO Shams Jorjani commented on the potential for a Fortnite crossover, stating that it is not currently a priority, though he remains open to the idea for the future.

“Not a priority,” he affirmed in the response to an inquiry from a fan.

Translation: “Currently, we are not focusing on this crossover, but there might be possibilities in the future.”

Despite the overwhelming popularity of Fortnite and its influence on gaming culture, there are no immediate plans to incorporate Helldivers into its universe.

Fortnite is known for its numerous collaborations, drawing in various franchises and characters, enhancing its gameplay and appeal. However, Jorjani acknowledges that crossovers may not be suitable for Helldivers’ core theme.

Though collaborations are often mutually beneficial, it seems that Arrowhead seeks to maintain the unique identity of Helldivers for now.
