New Rewards for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Unveiled by Monster Energy

Monster Energy announces various exclusive rewards for the upcoming installment in the Call of Duty series, Black Ops 7.

Monster Energy has unveiled an extensive range of rewards for its collaboration with Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. This promotional event marks a repeat partnership following their previous success with Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. The next chapter in the beloved shooter franchise is set for release on November 14.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Promotion

Last year, Activision collaborated with both Little Caesars and Monster Energy to provide players with numerous in-game benefits during Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Their efforts rewarded gamers with exclusive skins, weapon blueprints, and Double XP tokens. To unlock these perks, players simply needed to spend a minimum of $3 at participating Little Caesars locations or find a code beneath each Monster Energy can.

Details on the Monster Energy Rewards

Continuing their partnership, Activision is offering players exclusive rewards for Black Ops 7 through the Monster Energy promotion. Earlier this year, cans featuring the Black Ops 7 logo began appearing in stores, and now further details regarding the cosmetic items associated with this promotion have been announced. The Monster x Call of Duty website lists significant rewards, such as weapon blueprints for the Peacekeeper and VS Recon, alongside intriguing operator skins adorned with the Monster Energy logo.

After facing some backlash, Activision has decided to abandon the previously planned Carry Forward feature for Black Ops 7, which would have allowed the transfer of all cosmetic items and tokens from Black Ops 6. This decision came in light of community feedback regarding the aesthetic direction of the last installment. Activision will now limit the transferability to Double XP tokens and Gobblegums only.

This strategic adjustment has sparked conversations within the gaming community, as Activision prepares to face stiff competition from Battlefield 6, which has received celebrate reviews during its open beta phase. Early feedback for the Black Ops 7 reveal trailer includes numerous dislikes, indicating a rocky start for the upcoming title.
