Borderlands 4's Endgame Mode Allows Players to Bypass the Campaign for Seasonal Content

Gearbox introduces a new endgame mode for Borderlands 4, letting players engage in seasonal events without replaying the campaign.

Gearbox has unveiled a new post-campaign mode for Borderlands 4 that allows players to dive straight into seasonal events without having to replay the entire campaign. This exciting option offers a fresh way to experience the game after its release.

Key Features of the New Mode

  • Skip the Campaign: Players can avoid replaying the main quest once they have completed it.
  • Level Up Quickly: New characters can start directly at level 30, making it easier to engage in challenging endgame content.

Seasonal Updates

Additionally, Gearbox plans to introduce a variety of free and paid DLCs throughout the year, ensuring there is always new content for players to enjoy. The first major seasonal event, titled Horrors of Kairos, will include unique gameplay features and new legendary loot.

Borderlands 4 is set to launch on September 12, 2025. Players can look forward to a mix of daily and weekly tasks that resemble gameplay in MMOs, encouraging social interactions and cooperative play.
