After two incredibly successful beta weekends, Battlefield 6 is hot on the horizon. While the BF6 beta challenges have already given out plenty of exclusive rewards that carry over into the full game, EA has just launched the Road to Battlefield 6 event, which offers even more goodies. The catch is that players will need to engage with Battlefield 2042 to garner these items.
A surprise update to Battlefield 2042 introduces new weapons—the KFS2000 and Lynx—and welcomes back the fan-favorite Iwo Jima map. EA’s plan aligns this update with the launch of the Road to Battlefield Battlepass event in BF2042, which is active from August 18 to October 7, just three days ahead of Battlefield 6’s launch. This event consists of 60 tiers of free cosmetic items inspired by previous games in the series.
Here’s a glimpse of the exclusive items available for Battlefield 6:
- Tier 8: Western Front Weapon Skin (Battlefield 1)
- Tier 19: Muller Weapon Skin (Battlefield V)
- Tier 30: Aurora Vehicle Skin (Bad Company 2)
- Tier 40: Blackburn Vehicle Skin (Battlefield 3)
- Tier 49: Commander Soldier Skin (Battlefield 4)
- Tier 60: Sovereign Soldier Skin (Battlefield 2042)
A total of 24 of these rewards are exclusive to Battlefield 6, including costumes and a tank camo, all of which are unlockable by playing the Road to Battlefield 6 event. These items will not be available for purchase and can only be unlocked through Free Pass progression.
