Battlefield 6's Destruction Receipts Challenge Remains Unmet

A community goal in Battlefield 6's Destruction Receipts challenge is far from being completed, with just hours left in the open beta.

Battlefield 6’s Destruction Receipts community challenge is still a long way from reaching its goal, with only hours left until the second open beta concludes. This period attracted hundreds of thousands of players eager to sample Battlefield 6’s features before its full launch in October, yet participation in the challenge has been disappointingly low.

The second open beta for Battlefield 6 started on August 14 and is scheduled to end on August 18 at 4 a.m. ET. The first beta drew a peak of over 521,000 concurrent players, setting new records for the FPS series.

To boost social media engagement for the game, EA initiated the Destruction Receipts challenge during the beta, encouraging players to document their destruction and share it online with the hashtag #BF6Receipts. The target for this challenge is a staggering $1 trillion in destruction, with players potentially earning a special skin upon reaching it. However, with only about nine hours remaining and less than 20% of the goal achieved, players have collectively registered just above $178 billion in damage.

Currently, Vusal_Mahmudlu leads the board with $336 million in destruction. The top three contributors include substantial damage via FTR Aircraft. Out of nearly 5,000 video submissions, only two other players have surpassed the $300 million mark.

If players wish to raise their destruction totals, FTR Aircraft appears to be the most lucrative target in the game. All top participants on the leaderboard have recorded damage involving these aircraft, underlining their value during this beta phase. Although the goal is still significantly distant, EA has indicated that it could take up to 24 hours for damage reports to be processed, presenting a slim chance to unlock the sought-after skin.
