Delta Force Releases Major Mid-Season Update
Delta Force has rolled out a significant mid-season update dubbed Double Beats, incorporating new events, skins, and revisions for operations, weapons, and gameplay mechanisms.
The update is part of Delta Force’s ongoing season known as Break, which aims to enhance the player experience significantly.
On August 8, the update was launched, featuring a partnership with the Norwegian DJ Alan Walker. This collaboration introduces three unique bundles available until September 20: Fur Trapper, Order Up, and Alternating Current. Players can access up to two of these bundles for no cost by completing specific missions.
Additionally, players engaging in matches until August 14 will receive double rewards, including Delta Force weapon tokens. From now until August 21, all maps will contain dual crossover crates, offering players opportunities to obtain Treasure Maps that lead to high-value collectibles.
Furthermore, the update introduces another collaborative event titled Shiba Feichai. Players, while team-building in squads on the event screen, can complete missions to earn puzzle pieces and randomly unlock spray-paint puzzles. Collecting these sprays will allow players to gain rewards, including the new KC17 assault rifle through mission completion.
As of now, only PC gamers can access this shooter, but a console release is scheduled for August 19. This will ensure that players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S will access all free modes, operators, and downloadable content with a launch-day version of the Black Hawk Down campaign, which is inspired by a 2001 film.
