The upcoming Monster Hunter Wilds game is set to introduce a new photo mode alongside highly customizable hunter profiles, designed to showcase player characters in a much more personalized way.
Previously used guild cards are being replaced by these new profiles, which will allow players to create a unique identity within the game. This feature was highlighted during Capcom’s recent showcase.
Key Features of Hunter Profiles:
- Photo Mode: Players can pause the game to capture stunning images from unique perspectives.
- Customization Options: Adjust nameplates, poses, expressions, camera angles, backgrounds, and equipment.
- Legacy Bonus: Players with save data from Monster Hunter: World and Iceborne will have access to exclusive nameplates.
Moreover, specific cosmetic rewards are available for pre-order options, further enhancing the personalization of player hunters. The public beta for Monster Hunter Wilds will allow players to begin crafting their character ahead of its release on February 27, 2025.
