Quarantine Zone's Supply Cart Faces Player Backlash

The supply cart mechanic in Quarantine Zone has received significant criticism from players, with many labeling it frustrating and cumbersome.

In the recent release of the zombie management game Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, players have expressed frustration over the game’s supply cart feature. Many of the negative reviews highlight how difficult the cart is to maneuver, leading some to compare it to a ‘boss in Dark Souls.’

“Half of negative demo reviews contain the word ‘cart,’” remarked Stas Starykh, CEO of Brigada Games.

During a survey linked to the game demo, the developers received nearly 100,000 responses, providing clear insights into player sentiments. Despite the cart’s shortcomings, the demo still boasts a 91% positive rating on Steam, which indicates that many players enjoyed the overall experience.

As the game prepares for its full launch this November, Devolver Digital is set to release an updated demo with hopes of refining the cart mechanics. A new version is expected to be available during Steam’s Next Fest.
