Zombie Management Game Quarantine Zone: The Last Check Surges to 1 Million Wishlists on Steam Ahead of November Launch
The anticipated apocalyptic simulation title has captivated players with its demo and is set to launch full-scale next month.
The Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, described as an “apocalyptic admin simulator,” has quickly become a fan favorite even before its official release. Following the release of its demo in May, it has garnered a staggering interest, now claimed by over one million wishlists on Steam.
Developer Brigada Games has confirmed their collaboration with Devolver Digital, which will handle the game’s launch set for November 2025. Although originally planned for September, the new date gives players more time to anticipate this promising title.
As fans speculate on potential gameplay, CEO Stas Starykh teasered that a new demo will be available during Steam Next Fest in October, alongside exciting new features like enhanced patient examination tools, including an x-ray device and a medical hammer.
If you missed out on the demo, you can still find it on Steam. The game’s innovative approach to zombie management illustrates a merging of genre elements that has excited many within the gaming community.
