New Gameplay Footage of Digimon Story: Time Stranger Unveiled

Bandai Namco Entertainment has presented fresh gameplay insights for Digimon Story: Time Stranger, revealing the vibrant world and hinting at unconfirmed digital monsters ahead of its launch.

Bandai Namco Entertainment has revealed new gameplay footage for Digimon Story: Time Stranger, showcasing the intricate world of the RPG and teasing several unannounced digital monsters. This early preview comes just months ahead of the game’s release on October 3, 2025.

Originally announced in December 2017, Time Stranger is expected to hold the record for the longest development period among all finished Digimon games.

The recent clip, which was shared on July 18, highlights the Digital World: Illiad, a realm parallel to the human world populated by digital creatures. Specifically, it features the Factorial Area, a unique industrial-themed location resembling an active volcano crater, showcasing various facilities integrated into the landscape.

Fans have observed potential new characters in the footage, including Loader Leomon and Caprimon. Their appearances have sparked interest, alongside speculations about other creatures possibly seen within the area.
