The latest expansion of The Sims 4, titled Enchanted By Nature, has introduced a significant glitch that has left many players in disbelief. Countless Sims are inexplicably identified as pregnant, even if they are male and have never engaged in any romantic interactions like “woo-hoo.”
This bug is not universal but has been reported widely in the community, prompting intriguing discussions about Sims and their bizarre predicaments. Players are exploring questions such as whether the Grim Reaper could be seen as a notorious flirt.
“The grim in my last save was… let’s just say I wouldn’t be surprised if he wound up with several baby mamas,” shares a player known as CuriousCatSleuth.
As these unintended pregnancies unfold, affected characters have been unable to take pregnancy tests or age, creating amusing yet taxing scenarios. This situation is reminiscent of the challenges faced by vampires in the game, as they cannot feed on pregnant Sims, effectively limiting their sustenance options.
EA has acknowledged the issue, stating they are actively investigating it. However, as of now, there is no resolution in sight. Many in-game pregnancies seem not to progress at all, leaving players puzzled about the true essence of a life simulation game that fails to simulate crucial life events.
