New Video Shines Light on the Beautiful Isometric Stealth Game Eriksholm

Experience the allure of Eriksholm, a stunning isometric stealth game with a gripping narrative set in early 1900s Scandinavia.

Stealth games have been gaining popularity over the last few years, and River End Games is clearly contributing to this trend with their immersive upcoming title, Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream. In the latest trailer showcased at the Future Games Show Summer Showcase 2025, viewers are treated to a glimpse of the enchanting early 1900s Scandinavian inspired world that players will explore.

Set in a fantastical city where two siblings find themselves embroiled in a deeper conspiracy, Eriksholm’s environment acts almost as an additional character, essential to navigating the story as players search for their missing brother.

According to Anders Hejdenberg, a developer from River End Games, the gameplay integrates a cinematic feel that aims to engage players like never before. “We playtested the game a lot, and what people usually say is that it feels like I’m playing a movie, but in a great way… I’m really excited for players to just discover this world.”

Players will switch between three unique characters to tackle puzzles and challenges within the game. With beautifully animated cutscenes interspersed throughout gameplay, Eriksholm promises to be as captivating narratively as it is visually.

Get ready for its official release on July 15 on platforms including Steam.
