MSI Acknowledges Limited Availability of RTX 5090 Graphics Cards

MSI has reported a tight supply of its RTX 5090 cards, attributing the issue to a shortage of Nvidia's GPUs.

MSI has announced that the supply of its RTX 5090 graphics cards will be severely limited. The company cites a lack of availability of GPUs from Nvidia as the primary reason for this constraint, leading to a situation where the demand for the cards may exceed what can be provided.

This information comes not from speculation but as an official statement from MSI, which is one of Nvidia’s key partners in the graphic card segment. As it turns out, the overall supply capabilities hinge on the components provided by Nvidia, which are sourced primarily from its facilities in Hong Kong.

Additionally, other manufacturers such as Zotac have also communicated that they do not anticipate being able to offer the RTX 5090 cards until early February. This further emphasizes the ongoing supply challenges faced across the board in the graphics card market.

Consumers hopeful for availability at the MSRP may find it challenging, as it seems the demand for the RTX 5090 will remain high, with limited stock available.
