Vermintide 2 continues to enhance its gameplay experience by introducing new free maps. The latest content includes a series of interconnected maps known as Verminous Dreams, where the Ubersreik Five confront their long-established foe, the skaven.

Latest Additions

• Forsaken Temple: This map transports players to Athel Lithri, an elven holy site currently under siege by ratmen. Players must reassemble a broken waystone while fending off relentless hordes.
• Devious Delvings: This map features a skaven laboratory working on what is claimed to be the biggest bomb in the Warhammer universe. Players are tasked with stopping the creation before it’s too late.

Additional Features

The recent update also brings various adjustments to the Versus mode, allowing players to modify settings like friendly fire and hero bot functionality, ensuring both PVE and PVP players have new experiences to explore.

While one more map is expected to join the Verminous Dreams campaign soon, players can enjoy a plethora of challenges and rewards designed for the new maps that encourage further exploration.
