In The Finals’ latest update, players can dive into a brand-new limited-time mode named Heavy Hitters. This chaotic 5v5 brawl is primarily about smacking opponents with hammers, set within a floating arena reminiscent of a construction site.

In this mode, players will select pre-configured loadouts focused on melee combat while utilizing jump pads and anti-gravity cubes to launch enemies out of the arena. Instead of traditional health, players lose health to the point where their character becomes lighter, allowing them to be sent flying by opponents effectively.

Heavy Hitters is now live, with a tentative run until the seventh season of The Finals, which is expected to start in June. As part of the update, several cosmetic items themed around tigers have been added, along with balance adjustments for various weapons.
