New Cyberpunk 2077 Patch Fixes Late-Game Glitches and Introduces DLSS 4

The latest patch for Cyberpunk 2077 resolves key issues and adds new graphics technology support.

I finally completed Cyberpunk 2077 last night, and today’s 2.21 patch is a bit annoying because CD Projekt has resolved a minor yet bothersome bug in the Phantom Liberty expansion that forced unwarranted confrontations.

Minor spoiler follows; avoid reading if concerned.

During the late stages of Phantom Liberty, V disguises as an infamous Cuban hitman for an interaction with an NPC. Players could choose negotiation or conflict, but a glitch prevented changing out of the disguise afterward. Consequently, players were stuck until addressing the issue, often leading to violence rather than negotiation.

Despite the unnecessary conflict, players can now also enjoy the new DLSS 4 support which enhances framerate significantly via AI technology, specifically for Nvidia’s RTX 50-series GPUs, to be launched in late January.

Upcoming improvements include numerous adjustments to photo mode, character customization fixes, and various other enhancements throughout the game.

The full patch notes will provide further details on improvements and fixes related to gaming experience.
