Tekken 8 Restores Classic Rematch Feature for Endless Fighting

Tekken 8 now allows infinite rematches, reinstating a beloved feature for players yearning for more competitive play without the hassle of rematching through matchmaking screens.

Infinite rematches are back in Tekken 8.

Tekken 8 has made significant updates to its online gameplay, reestablishing the infinite rematch feature, which many fans had desired for over a year. The new patch allows players to continue rematching without reverting to the matchmaking screen, hence offering seamless competitive play.

While this is a positive change, it is notable that the ranked mode still mandates a best-of-three match format, which restricts continued bouts. However, the update incorporates flexibility in quick matches, group matches, and other non-ranked play modes.

This revamp aims to enhance player experience by encouraging engagements with worthy adversaries while retaining a more relaxed atmosphere for practice sessions.
