Bandai Namco Marks 45 Years of Pac-Man with Celebrations and a Cookbook

This year, Bandai Namco is hosting an extensive celebration for Pac-Man's 45th anniversary, including museum displays and a unique cookbook.

Bandai Namco is catering to fans of Pac-Man with an exciting year-long celebration to honor the iconic character’s 45th birthday. This series of festivities includes:

  • Museum Displays: A special exhibit at the Museum of Pop Culture in Seattle will run from April 30 to June 4, showcasing Pac-Man’s history.
  • Interactive Experiences: A unique “Pac-Man live experience” will allow attendees to participate in a life-sized maze in Manchester, UK.
  • Official Cookbook: An official Pac-Man cookbook featuring what it describes as “a maze of imaginative recipes” is set to be released.

The press release humorously questions, “Ever wonder what a Ghost or Power Pellet tastes like?” The cookbook is marketed as containing energy-filled snacks and hearty dinners. Excitement is building as the cookbook is scheduled to launch on May 13, coinciding with the celebrations.
