Monster Hunter Wilds Unveils Adorable Helmets in Latest Event Quests

The new event quests in Monster Hunter Wilds introduce charming Mimiphyta helmets for players to wear, enhancing gameplay with seasonal challenges.

Peak fashion achieved.

Event quests, limited time hunts that offer unique rewards, are crucial for keeping the excitement in Monster Hunter gameplay. Recently, Capcom released the first event quests for Monster Hunter Wilds, which offer a special reward: the chance to craft a Mimiphyta helmet that features a whimsical woodland creature on your head.

About the Mimiphyta

Mimiphyta are small creatures you might have seen around the Scarlet Forest, adapting by mimicking fungi or flowers to deceive predators while protecting themselves. Now, they’re set to become adorable headwear!

To obtain your Mimiphyta helmet, gather Mimiphyta Tickets by completing the Kut-Ku Gone Cuckoo event quest. Make sure you’re at least Hunter Rank 9 to tackle it. Once you reach that rank, speak to Alma and select the quest from the Event Quests menu.

The Kut-Ku Gone Cuckoo quest requires hunting a Yian Kut-Ku and brings a challenging twist as five more of these creatures will be present during your hunt.

Completing the quest once provides enough tickets to craft the helmet. Although the Mimiphyta helmet itself may not offer outstanding stats, it unlocks as Layered Armor, allowing you to maintain your gear’s effectiveness while enjoying its unique appearance.

In addition to the Kut-Ku quest, another challenge called Stalking Supper, involving a hunt for a Quematrice for a special reward, is available until March 11. Make sure to finish Kut-Ku Gone Cuckoo for a chance to wear your own charming Mimiphyta helmet by March 18!

Stay tuned for more exciting updates and quests in Monster Hunter Wilds!
