The prologue chapter of Pathologic 3 is scheduled for release in March.

Pathologic 3, announced in October 2024, will explore a new dimension of gameplay with the addition of time travel. This allows players to revisit and alter past decisions in hopes of achieving better outcomes in a dark narrative.

In the game, players will step into the role of Daniil Dankovsky, a doctor on a quest for immortality who must face the chaos of a plague affecting a small town. This journey blends the horror elements typical of the Pathologic series with unique gameplay mechanics.

Available for free, the prologue titled Pathologic 3: Quarantine will be downloadable starting March 17.
