This unkillable game just keeps getting updates: Beamdog recently released an official update for its 2018 enhanced edition, which was assembled by dedicated members of the Neverwinter Nights mod community. This new update includes:

  • Support for multisample anti-aliasing.
  • An analysis tool for players and multiplayer server admins.
  • Major networking improvements.
  • New scripting functions.
  • Quality of Life adjustments to the Aurora toolset.

The audience for NWN persists, with mini player-run MMOs thriving thanks to the modding activities that utilize the Aurora toolset. If you’re a fan of single-player campaigns, NWN offers a rich catalogue of adventures made by players, including standalone modules and extensive multi-part epics.
