Automatons Communicate! Helldivers 2's Nemesis Hacks Super Earth Channels to Urgently Save Cyberstan: 'WE HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED FREEDOM'

The Automatons launch a desperate plea for peace against Super Earth's aggressive maneuvers.

Super Earth’s greatest nemesis has infiltrated the network. In what appears to be a widespread hack orchestrated by the socialist Automatons, the official social media channels and its Discord server of Helldivers 2 have become flooded with cryptic binary messages.

Only through adept code-breaking skills (aka googling a binary translator) were we able to decipher the communications.

“SUPER EARTH PEOPLE. DO NOT BE AFRAID. WE ARE NOT HERE TO CAUSE HARM.”

Translation: “SUPER EARTH PEOPLE. DO NOT BE AFRAID. WE ARE NOT HERE TO CAUSE HARM.”

Today’s cyber breach is a response to Super Earth’s recent military offensives against the Automaton regime, attempting to destroy their homeworld of Cyberstan. To bolster their recruitment efforts, Super Earth leadership has made available a wildly fun new tank.

As I write, tens of thousands of Helldivers are engaged in fierce battles to rescue Chort Bay, being just two planets away from the Automaton stronghold of Cyberstan that has eluded them for the past two years in the Second Galactic War.

Take note, the Automatons also left their propaganda messages:

“THINK IF THE ROLES WERE REVERSED. THINK IF YOU WERE IN OUR PLACE.”

The message portrays the Automatons not merely as machines, but as sentient beings. It closed with a video illustrating a squad of Helldivers attacking two Automaton children while a parent watches with despair, parodying a memorable scene from the Helldivers 2 intro cinematic.

Today’s dramatic event is indeed a reflection of the ongoing conflict, as Super Earth intensifies its operations against the Automaton society.
