Now, we’re gearing up for a movie sequel with Mortal Kombat 2, expected to hit theaters on October 24. Earlier, it was announced that Karl Urban would portray Johnny Cage, and today, we have our first glimpse of him from a movie poster shared by the official Mortal Kombat account on Twitter:

Interestingly, this isn’t just any poster for Mortal Kombat 2; it’s for Uncaged Fury, a fictional film within the Mortal Kombat universe featuring the famed actor and martial artist Johnny Cage. The poster boasts dramatic elements including leaping motorcycles, explosions, and a vibrant title.

As for the actual film, its quality will be known come October. The previous reboot was deemed decent, suggesting that adding Urban into the mix raises its potential significantly.
