Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel Reveals October 2025 Banlist Update

Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel has officially revealed its upcoming banlist adjustments for the October 2025 season, which will affect several of the game’s most powerful decks. The digital trading card game from Konami continues to evolve, introducing various new selection packs that update old archetypes with fresh support. However, two decks have remained dominant in the gameplay.

Changes to the Banlist

  • Newly Banned Card:

    • Number 41: Bagooska the Terribly Tired Tapir (Previously Unlimited)
  • Limited Cards:

    • Maliss P Dormouse (Previously Unlimited)
    • Gold Sarcophagus (Previously Semi-Limited)
    • Maliss in Underground (Previously Unlimited)
  • Unlimited Cards:

    • Raigeki (Previously Semi-Limited)
    • Nightmare Throne (Previously Semi-Limited)
    • Sage with Eyes of Blue (Previously Semi-Limited)
    • Dark Beckoning Beast (Previously Semi-Limited)
    • Opening of the Spirit Gates (Previously Semi-Limited)
    • Purrely Delicious Memory (Previously Limited)

The new banlist takes effect on October 8 and aims to adjust the current game dynamics significantly.
