Pokemon Apologizes for Bug in Paradox Tera Raid Event

The Pokemon Company addresses an issue preventing players from joining the Paradox Tera Raid event due to a bug, expressing its commitment to resolving the problem.

The ongoing Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Paradox Tera Raid event has been marred by a bug that stops players from joining raids that are hosted by those using the opposite game version. The Pokemon Company has issued an apology, stating it is currently addressing these issues but did not provide a timeline for a resolution.

Details on the Event

On October 2, the event featured Seven-Star battles against Roaring Moon and Iron Valiant, alongside Five-Star Tera Raids with Paradox Pokemon like Great Tusk and Iron Treads. Trainers only have access to their respective version’s battles for now, and the event concludes on Sunday, October 12, at 7:59 PM Eastern.

Investigating the Bug

The company has acknowledged that previously, players could join battles across versions via the Internet. However, the current bug only allows Pokemon Scarlet players to battle within their own version, which has led to significant feedback on social media. Although an investigation is underway, players are left waiting for updates on the fix.

Tactical Considerations

Each Seven-Star Paradox Pokemon will start battles with Sunny Day and Electric Terrain, activating their abilities that can boost their base stats. Players are advised to consider countering these enhancements to simplify the Tera Raid experience. Players should stay tuned for further announcements regarding the situation.
