Leaks Reveal Mega Evolution Form of Feraligatr in Pokémon Legends: Z-A

Ahead of the release of 'Pokémon Legends: Z-A', details of Mega Feraligatr's appearance and type have been leaked, generating buzz among fans.

Two weeks prior to the debut of Pokémon Legends: Z-A, a leak on social media unveiled the Mega Evolution form of Feraligatr. Fans reacted positively, noting that the description of Mega Feraligatr aligns with earlier leaked descriptions regarding its appearance and typing.

Feraligatr’s Mega Evolution

Initially introduced in Pokémon Gold and Silver, Feraligatr is recognized as the Big Jaw Pokémon. As the ultimate evolution of Totodile and Croconaw, Feraligatr is a Water-type Pokémon celebrated for its well-balanced stats that favor physical attack and defense. In Pokémon Legends: Z-A, players can select Feraligatr alongside Meganium and Emboar.

With early copies of the game circulating before the scheduled October 16 release, fans have begun discussing Mega Feraligatr’s enhanced jaw that appears above its head—shaped like a hood—and its newfound Water and Dragon dual-type status.

Mega Feraligatr

Despite this new dual-typing, which could enhance its resistance to Electric-type moves, Mega Feraligatr may face vulnerabilities against Fairy-type Pokémon, particularly considering their prevalence in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
