Activision Addresses Early Access Issues for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7

Fans of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 express frustration over missing early access beta codes, prompting a response from Activision.

Activision has issued a statement addressing the concerns of fans regarding Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 who are still waiting to receive their early access beta codes after watching the recent COD Next event for more than an hour. While pre-ordering the game offers early access to the Black Ops 7 beta, various promotions allow access as well. However, many fans have reported issues with Twitch drops, causing frustration.

The open beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is scheduled to start on October 5, but players can gain early access from October 2 by pre-ordering the game. Other options include codes available through Xfinity’s rewards program and links for those who watched the recent COD Next event with linked Twitch and Activision accounts.

Despite some players receiving rewards for watching the event, many did not receive their beta codes, leading Activision to reaffirm that codes would be sent out to eligible viewers shortly. Players can expect to receive their codes before the early access period starts.

Activision has also announced that players accessing the beta will have opportunities to earn various in-game rewards by progressing to Level 20, which includes an exclusive operator skin available for pre-orders. The beta offers access to 6 maps and multiple gameplay modes, giving fans a preview of the title before its release on November 14.
