2XKO Prepares for Early Access Launch Following Short Downtime

The tag fighter 2XKO will go offline briefly to prepare for its early access launch and introduce a new character, Teemo.

2XKO’s closed beta has been successful, and the game will officially launch on October 7. However, the developers have decided to close the beta a few days early, on October 3 at 9 PM PT, to finalize preparations for the early access opening. Players will still be able to access offline mode for local multiplayer and CPU matches during this downtime.

In a recent post on the official Twitter account, the team shared: “We need a little more time to get early access up and running, so we'll be shutting down closed beta a few days early on Oct 3 @ 9pm PT. Servers will be back up and running in time for the early access launch on October 7 at 8am PT/11am ET/4pm BST.”

The downtime will allow the team to optimize certain features and introduce Teemo, who has been characterized as an unstoppable force in gameplay dynamics.
