Farmbotic Combines Elements of Stardew Valley and Satisfactory in a Unique Multi-Platform Farming Simulator

Discover Farmbotic, a new co-op farming simulator featuring charming robots that assist in growing crops, inspired by beloved classics.

If you recently watched the Farmbotic trailer at the PC Gaming Show Tokyo Direct and felt a sense of déjà vu, that’s because it was initially introduced as Farmatic. The title has since been updated to Farmbotic, which many consider a more fitting name.

Farmbotic offers a delightful farming and gathering experience reminiscent of a 3D version of Stardew Valley, infused with elements like cooperative gameplay and operational mechanics inspired by Satisfactory. You can expect charming robots to lend a hand with farming tasks, as well as machinery to optimize your agricultural efforts—complete with quirky styles reminiscent of the ’70s and ’90s retro-futuristic aesthetics, down to their adorably designed bunny ears.

In addition, Farmbotic will support crossplay across platforms, ensuring you can play with friends regardless of their choice to play on PS5 or Xbox. While participants at the Tokyo Game Show have already tested the game, the rest of us will have to wait for its release, which is expected sometime in 2026. Until then, don’t forget to wishlist it on Steam.
