World of Warcraft Introduces Turbo-Boost Features in Patch 11.2.5

The upcoming Turbo-Boost event for World of Warcraft's The War Within Season 3 aims to enhance gameplay experiences by streamlining gear acquisition and improving rewards.

The World of Warcraft game is set to launch another Turbo-Boost event for The War Within Season 3 with Patch 11.2.5. This event enhances the process of gearing up and offers improved rewards from various gameplay elements such as dungeons and raids.

Event Details

  • The Turbo-Boost event begins on October 21.
  • Players can undertake a new weekly quest in Dornogal to collect Puzzling Cartel Chips.
    • By defeating Normal difficulty or harder raid bosses, players can earn these chips, which can be exchanged for various items from Season 3 content.
  • Up to nine chips can be earned, with three given at the first attempt and another one for each of the following weeks.

Additional Features

  • Mythic+ dungeons will yield more gear, and Tier 9+ Delves will enhance Delver’s Journey progress.
  • Valorstones, the upgrade currency, will now be transferable between characters.

Upcoming Patch Changes

  • Starting October 7, players will benefit from upgrade tracks for Hero and Myth gear, expanding them from six to eight tiers. Crafted items can also be enhanced using an Augmentation Matrix.
