Delta Force has rolled out a significant update, commencing the War Ablaze season, which introduces various new content, including the unveiling of a new Operator and multiple celebratory events for the tactical shooter’s first anniversary.
Previously, the game highlighted Season Break, featuring an assault-type Operator named Tempest with high mobility and lethal tactics. The addition of the Cyclone map allowed for varied combat across different environments. Following that, Delta Force’s mid-season Break update on August 9 introduced adjustments and fresh events, alongside a collaboration with Norwegian DJ Alan Walker.
The War Ablaze season launched on Tuesday, September 23, showcasing Raptor as the newest Operator. Raptor can track enemy movements and utilize a camera for surveillance. Players can enjoy the new Fault map during the Fault Line event, which concludes on October 9, with rewards including the Defense Fog calling card and the Forest Camo - MH-6 Little Bird vehicle skin. A new boss, Warden, adds extra challenges for players willing to face him in Tide Prison, where he wields an intimidating presence.
The update also heralds the arrival of a battle pass, which allows players to unlock various rewards, including unique weapon skins. Additionally, anniversary celebration events are scheduled, rewarding players who log in on designated days with special goodies.
In a crossover feature, players can anticipate themed rewards from the game Arknights and a collaboration with the Saw movie franchise. Furthermore, developers have announced more collaborations on the horizon, including one with Metal Gear, promising even more exciting content for the community.
