Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Adds ‘Endless Legend 2’

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate has introduced Endless Legend 2 into its game library. This launch comes on its day of release, marking the ninth new entry for September 2025 and the 117th overall since January.

Endless Legend 2, developed by Amplitude Studios, originally debuted Endless Legend in 2014—an award-winning strategy game that empowered players to build a fantasy world through various means, including diplomacy and military conquest. It was critically acclaimed, with a robust rating on OpenCritic.

The sequel was unveiled earlier in 2025 and began its early access phase on September 22, making it available on platforms such as Steam and the Microsoft Store, though it currently remains exclusive to PC without support for Xbox Cloud Gaming.

Availability on Xbox Game Pass Standard

Day-one titles usually transition to the Xbox Game Pass Standard plan six to twelve months later, but due to Endless Legend 2’s current exclusive availability on PC, its future on the Standard tier is uncertain, as the initial title was never released on consoles.

Upcoming Titles in September 2025

As September draws to a close, additional titles are set to arrive on Xbox Game Pass, including Sworn, Peppa Pig: World Adventures, Visions of Mana, and Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, all of which will round off the month’s new offerings.
