The British public has humorously named a new leaf cleaning train Ctrl Alt Deleaf, continuing the tradition set by the infamous Boaty McBoatface. As reported by Metro, this name won with a commanding 50% of the votes, defeating competitors like Leaf-Fall Weapon, Pulp Friction, and Autumn Avenger.
Among the finalists, Ctrl Alt Deleaf will lead the charge to keep the UK’s railways clear of leaves this fall. Tim Dunn, a railway historian, and Britain’s rail minister, Lord Hendy, selected the names from over a thousand options.
