Exciting New Starfield Mod for Interior Design Enthusiasts

A new mod for Starfield enhances interior decoration options, featuring over 200 custom furniture pieces.

A Starfield modder has unveiled a new Creation mod providing players with over 200 pieces of custom furniture to enhance their living spaces and outposts. Bethesda’s sci-fi RPG recently celebrated its second anniversary, attracting a large community of gamers who continue to immerse themselves in the vibrant world of Starfield and experiment with a variety of entertaining or cozy Creation mods.

The concept of players having a personalized space has long been a feature of Bethesda’s RPGs; this idea was expanded in Fallout 4, introducing buildable settlements. Starfield advancements allowed players to create their bases almost anywhere in the Settled Systems. The shipbuilding feature became a notable highlight, enabling unique designs for every major city in the game, from New Atlantis to Neon, and even the newly added apartments in Dazra from the Shattered Space DLC, which players can either purchase or earn through quests.

New Starfield Mod Introduces Over 200 Furniture and Decorative Items

A new mod named Tailored Spaces by Sweetpea704 adds an impressive collection of over 200 items, including workbenches, plants, rugs, and fireplaces, to players’ living areas. Sweetpea highlighted the two chic color themes available for the furniture: a warm wood and bronze appearance and a sleek, black and silver reminiscent of Star Wars. This Creation mod is officially recognized and costs 400 Creation Credits for download and use.

Despite not explicitly stating that these new items could be used with spaceship interiors, it is inferred that since players can already customize ship interiors, Sweetpea’s additions will likely be compatible with the shipbuilding mechanics. Previously, Sweetpea has developed other decorative mods for Starfield, including Noel’s Greenhouse, which allows players to cultivate plants in Constellation’s HQ building, and modifications that enhance customization options for the Sleepcrate apartment in Neon.

It has been nearly a year since the first story DLC for Starfield, titled Shattered Space, was released, and fans eagerly anticipate the next installment, which has yet to be officially disclosed. Furthermore, the rumored PlayStation 5 version of Starfield has not received any updates from Bethesda. Many hope for news about both the anticipated port and the upcoming DLC before the year concludes.
