A New Level of Lightweight: Corsair Sabre V2 Pro Gaming Mouse Review

The Corsair Sabre V2 Pro has become a favorite, impressing gamers with its feather-light design and solid build, weighing just 36 grams.

An Exciting New Lightweight Gaming Mouse

When it comes to gaming peripherals, having a lightweight mouse can drastically enhance the experience. The new Corsair Sabre V2 Pro gaming mouse amazes with its extremely light 36 grams design, making it one of the lightest on the market.

I initially encountered the Corsair Sabre V2 Pro at Gamescom, but could not disclose details until the official launch. After finally getting my hands on this mouse, I can confirm it’s impressively comfortable. Though my testing time was short, I used it effectively during a Dust_2 deathmatch.

The Corsair Sabre V2 Pro stands out due to its sturdy build, which feels solid despite its light weight. The clicks and scroll feel responsive, and the side buttons are notably well-placed and usable. Battery life is rated for up to 70 hours on a 1 kHz polling rate, although switching to 8 kHz significantly reduces it to 16 hours.

While the original Corsair Sabre was commendable in 2021, the V2 Pro enhances features with a new Marksman S sensor boasting 33,000 DPI, significantly increasing its competitive edge.

Available at a price point of $100, it provides high value for a lightweight gaming mouse that does not compromise on quality or features. In summary, Corsair Sabre V2 Pro has rekindled my excitement for gaming mice without feeling flimsy or cheap.
