Recently, Critical Role unveiled a story trailer for Campaign 4, focusing on an imminent execution of the mysterious Thjazi Fang. The plot unfolds as the 13 player characters of Campaign 4 must navigate this precarious situation.

The campaign will significantly differ from previous installments, featuring Brennan Lee Mulligan as the Dungeon Master, alongside Matt Mercer and other familiar faces in a unique world called Araman.

Critical Role has also released a new teaser trailer, narrated by Mulligan as Thjazi Fang, who has been captured after a significant event known as “The Falcon’s Rebellion.” He asserts that the Sundered Houses are more powerful than ever, while the Revolutionary Council has diminished.

Fang’s story, described as a “Hero to many, enemy to some,” implies that the characters will unite to uncover the truth behind his dark fate in the realms of Araman, a land still reeling from the aftermath of its gods’ death.
