Honkai: Star Rail Introduces New Game Mode Anomaly Arbitration

Honkai: Star Rail has unveiled details about a new permanent game mode titled “Anomaly Arbitration” set to launch with Version 3.6. This mode will challenge players with formidable enemies, enhancing the game’s endgame content.

In its current edition, the RPG from HoYoverse offers players a multitude of game modes. With the upcoming update, fans can expect alternate versions of beloved starter characters. Notably, a five-star version of March 7th named Evernight and a new take on Dan Heng called Permansor Terrae will be introduced. HoYoverse is also bringing back one of the game’s widely recognized characters, The Herta, for a re-run in the limited gacha banner.

The Anomaly Arbitration game mode will require players to develop three diverse teams to combat unique adversaries, reflecting their distinctive skills. The necessary requirements include achieving full rewards from specific Memory of Chaos stages and Apocalyptic Shadow difficulties to access this mode, which is set to go live on September 23.

Key Features of Anomaly Arbitration

  • Requires Equilibrium Level 6 or higher, with maximum records in Stage 12 of Memory of Chaos, Stage 4 of Pure Fiction, and Apocalyptic Shadow at Difficulty 4.
  • This high-difficulty challenge will be updated every version and include three Knight trial stages and one final King in Check stage.
  • Players must utilize three teams during the Knight stages, with flexibility in the order of trials. A team of any characters is allowed in the King in Check stage.
  • Buff effects are available for selection during the King in Check stage.
  • Enemies in both stages will exhibit one or more Traits.
  • Participating will yield limited-time rewards including avatar frames, Lone Stardust, Interference Keys, and Self-Modeling Resin.

The upcoming update will bring a host of new opportunities and challenges for players. Those interested in character progression and strategies will find plenty to explore in the exciting new patch.
