Limited-Time Offer: GeForce NOW Gifts Free Copy of Borderlands 4 with Subscription

GeForce NOW presents a limited-time offer where new subscribers can receive a free copy of Borderlands 4 by purchasing a yearly plan by September 25.

GeForce NOW is now incentivizing new users with a complimentary copy of Borderlands 4 when they opt for a specific subscription plan valid until September 25. Released on September 11, this new entry in the popular franchise is anticipated to be among the top games of 2025.

For those who are unaware, GeForce NOW is NVIDIA’s cloud gaming service, enabling gamers to stream their favorite titles on multiple devices. Users can link their accounts from services such as Steam to utilize NVIDIA’s servers for play.

GeForce NOW Ultimate Users Can Claim Borderlands 4 for Free

Until September 25, newcomers who sign up for GeForce NOW Ultimate’s 12-month plan will automatically receive a copy of Borderlands 4 added to their Steam account (if linked). The Ultimate plan is priced around $200 annually, effectively giving subscribers $70 worth of gaming with this promotion.

However, the promotion does require a full 12-month payment upfront without any refund options, which could deter some gamers. According to the promotional page, this offer remains valid while supplies last, risking an end before the stipulated date. Although a free AAA game may not sway all gamers toward cloud gaming, it presents a fantastic opportunity for current subscribers looking to renew their membership.

The latest Borderlands title has debuted strongly, amassing over 150,000 concurrent players on Steam shortly after launch (via SteamDB). Among its notable features is couch co-op play, allowing friends to game together on the same console, so even if only one friend activates NVIDIA’s offer, they can still enjoy it with others.

Additionally, the GeForce NOW Ultimate service allows members to run some games on the newly released GeForce RTX 5080, and Borderlands 4 is one of them. With NVIDIA’s powerful infrastructure, users can stream gameplay in 4K resolution with frame rates reaching up to 240 FPS.
