Revealed: System Requirements for Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 on PC

The system requirements for playing Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 on PC have been disclosed, highlighting both minimum and recommended specifications.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 has unveiled the PC system requirements critical for players keen to enjoy the game. Though built using Unreal Engine 5, fans should find the requirements fairly accommodating at their minimum specifications.

The awaited game has had a lengthy development journey, originally announced in 2019 as a reimagining of the 2004 title by Troika. The launch has witnessed several delays and even changes in the development team. However, with an upcoming release date of October 2025, enthusiasts can now verify if their computers can handle the game.

PC System Requirements for Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2

The game has made its specifications available on the official website to inform players of both minimum and recommended setups. The minimum requirements are noted to be manageable for most modern gaming setups: Windows 10 64-bit, an Intel Core i3-8350K or AMD Ryzen 3 3300X, 8GB of RAM, and a graphics card such as Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 1060 (6GB), or AMD’s Radeon RX 480 (8GB). Given the age of the GTX 1060, these requirements are seen as quite achievable.

For players aiming for a more polished gaming experience, the recommended specifications demand Windows 11, paired with at least an Intel Core i5-12600K or AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, along with 16GB of RAM and graphics cards like Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (8GB) or AMD’s Radeon RX 6700 XT (12GB). Interestingly, the game only requires 30GB of storage space, which is significantly less than many contemporary titles.

While there have been challenges in the game’s final stretch, including issues over the DLC which locks certain vampire clans, adjustments are promised by the developers to address fan concerns. Players can expect to explore the sequel and see how it compares to the cult classic original, without waiting too much longer.
