Larian Studios has revealed the features of the long-anticipated Photo Mode for Baldur’s Gate 3, included in Patch 8. This feature, highly requested by fans, enables players to animate characters, add special effects, and toggle NPC visibility.

Key Features of Photo Mode

• Access: Available during online co-op and split-screen game modes with unique effects for each user.
• Animation: Users can fully animate their characters, adjusting scenes with various stickers and processing effects.

Patch 8 is expected to bring crossplay functionality across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, alongside 12 new subclasses that enhance gameplay and replayability. Though specific release details are still pending, community testing is currently in progress.
