Pokémon GO has announced its Wild Area 2025, set to introduce the Impidimp evolutionary line to the popular mobile game. This event will also expand the shiny Pokémon pool and offer additional features.

Wild Area 2025 Schedule

• November 7–9: In-person event in Nagasaki City, Japan
• November 15–16: Global celebration

The renewed event aims to capture the immersive experience of hunting for Pokémon, similar to the mainline series. Notably, Shadow Darkrai and Shadow Cresselia will be available in five-star raids.

In addition to the debuts, the event will see the introduction of Shiny Hatenna as a wild encounter. There will also be rotating spawn hours featuring various Pokémon like Alolan Meowth, Grimer, and Fairy-types such as Clefairy and Ralts.

Attendees will have access to the GO Safari Ball, and ticket holders can expect special research tasks, themed Pokémon, and increased shiny odds. This event reinforces Niantic’s ongoing strategy to engage players with diverse offerings.
