At Gamescom 2025, Asus announced the Raikiri II, a revamped version of its gaming controller, boasting cutting-edge TMR (Tunnel Magnetoresistance) technology designed to enhance accuracy and reduce power consumption compared to traditional joysticks. Unlike its predecessor, this iteration includes features such as dual-mode triggers, Bluetooth capability, and wirelessly connects at 1,000 Hz, outperforming the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro, which only achieves this in wired mode.

The controller supports multiple systems, including PC and Xbox, and comes with a travel case that doubles as a charging station, making it convenient for gamers on the go. Although battery life is estimated at 30 hours with RGB lighting switched off, many may prefer to keep the lights on for an immersive experience.
While exact pricing remains undisclosed, competition is fierce, especially with the high-end Razer Wolverine V3 Pro retailing at around $200. If Asus can provide superior features at a competitive price, the Raikiri II could mark a significant advancement in gaming peripherals.
