Revolutionary Loadout Feature Announced for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7

The next entry in the acclaimed franchise will introduce a groundbreaking loadout sharing feature.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 developers Treyarch Studios have unveiled a new loadout-sharing feature during the Gamescom Opening Night Live. Players will be able to share unique codes for specific loadouts, simplifying the process of equipping weapons and gear.

As anticipated, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is set to release on November 14, 2025, and will be a sequel to 2012’s Black Ops 2, with the narrative unfolding in the year 2035, focusing on psychological warfare.

Some notable characters, including David Mason and Raul Menendez, will return, appealing to longtime fans of the franchise. Multiplayer and Zombies modes are also receiving updates, including the new weapon loadout code feature, which allows players to unlock complete configurations of weapons at the input of a single code, as opposed to manually entering each attachment or perk.

The official beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will commence on October 2, with an open beta for all players following on October 5. This new installment also aims to enhance fan feedback by modifying movement mechanics and introducing various new gameplay features, ensuring an engaging experience upon its release.
