Bumpy Start for Battlefield 6 Beta: Team Promises Upcoming Fixes

Players report performance issues in the second phase of the Battlefield 6 beta, prompting developer assurances to address the faults.

Last weekend, the Battlefield 6 open beta performed surprisingly well, but players are now experiencing performance drops as new content launches in the second weekend. Users reported lower frame rates and issues with settings like DLSS being unavailable, leading to player concerns.

Issues highlighted on social media have been acknowledged by the Battlefield Comms team, who responded with assurances that they are looking into the problems and will provide updates soon. They stated, “the team is aware of reports regarding DLSS / DLAA being unavailable in the Open Beta” and promised to rectify it shortly.

The new content introduced for the Open Beta Weekend 2, including the return of the popular Rush mode, has been fun despite the performance hiccups. However, the smooth gameplay players enjoyed during the initial weekend now contrasts sharply with these recent challenges.
