Upcoming Update for Helldivers 2: Portable Hellbomb

The update titled ‘Servants of Freedom’ will introduce the B-100 portable hellbomb, described as “a beacon of democratic truth in a convenient backpack format.” This new weapon can be triggered by the player or a teammate and will explode after a non-cancellable 10-second countdown.

Additionally, the update features improved weaponry, such as the ‘LAS-17 Double Edge’ laser rifle, which is more powerful, and the GP-20 Ultimatum, a versatile grenade launcher for closer combat. New armor sets are included to enhance player experience and survivability.

The team at Arrowhead aims to rectify previous balance issues, enhancing the gameplay for 2025.
